Designers Guild Meeting

The Designers Guild, a student organization begun by SVSU Communication & Digital Media grad students in Winter 2009, will hold its first meeting of 2010 in Curtiss 221 on Wednesday, April 7, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Items of business:

  • What worked & didn't in year one
  • Election of new officers + club budget
  • Synchronizing with AIGA chapter, so we don't duplicate effort needlessly
  • Purpose & possibilities.

This organization was formed to match community organizations requiring website and digital design with SVSU student designers. Should this remain its main purpose, or should we investigate alternatives? Should it be more like TED < http://www.ted.com/ > and bring interesting designers to speak on campus?

Designers, what do you think & want?

All interested students and faculty are invited!
